• NIL is about my right to profit from my personal identity.

✔️ What Counts as NIL

• My name counts as NIL and can be used for compensation (e.g., signatures, social media handle).

• My image includes photos or pictures of me.

• My likeness includes things like my persona, voice, or brand.

✔️ What I’m Allowed To Do

• I can earn money from NIL activities.

• NIL can include endorsements, sponsorships, appearances, social media posts, or running my own business.

✔️ Eligibility & Rules

• Earning NIL compensation does not affect NCAA eligibility.

• Must follow school policies.

• Must follow state laws.

• Must follow NCAA rules related to NIL.
